These are the terms you agree to when you buy anything from 3XRANK. We have written them in plain language on purpose. If a clause does not make sense to you, ask us and we will explain it before you sign anything.
01Who we are
3XRANK (PTY) Ltd, registration 2026/554549/07, trading from P401, Hluhluwe, 3960, South Africa. Contact us at juanita@3xrank.co or on 061 536 9032. Where these terms say we, us or 3XRANK, that is the company named here.
02What these terms cover
They cover every service you buy from us: website builds, hosting, domains, email, managed care, automation, and anything you order later from your client area. Paying an invoice, or using a service, means you accept them.
Where a written proposal or quote says something different, the proposal wins for that project only.
03Your account
Keep your login details to yourself and tell us quickly if you think someone else has them. You are responsible for anything done from your account, including by people you add as contacts.
Give us accurate contact details and keep them current. Renewal notices and domain expiry warnings go to the email on your account, and a domain lost to an old email address is very hard to get back.
04Payments and renewals
Services are billed in advance, monthly or annually, in the currency shown on your invoice. Invoices are due on the date printed on them. We accept Payfast, Paystack, card, PayPal and bank transfer.
Services renew automatically so that nothing goes dark by accident. You can switch off automatic renewal in your client area at any time before the renewal date.
If an invoice stays unpaid, we send reminders before anything is suspended. Suspension is a last step, not a first one, and we will always try to reach you first.
05Refunds
Hosting is refundable in full within the first 7 days. After that we refund the unused portion of an annual term if you cancel early.
Domains cannot be refunded once registered or renewed, because the registry charges us the moment the order is placed. Build work already delivered is not refundable, though we will keep working until it is right.
06Domains
Domains we register are registered in your name, with you as the registrant. You own the domain, not us.
Registry rules apply on top of these terms, and they differ per extension. Renewals must be paid before the expiry date. A domain that expires enters a redemption period where the registry charges a recovery fee, and after that it is released to the public.
You may transfer a domain away at any time once it is out of its lock period. We will not hold a domain hostage over an unrelated dispute.
07Hosting and fair use
Shared hosting is sized for normal business websites. If one account starts affecting others on the same server, we will contact you and help you move to a plan that fits, rather than switching you off.
You may not use our hosting for spam, malware, phishing, illegal content, or to store material you have no right to. This is the short list, and it is not negotiable.
We keep backups through SecureVault, and we take them seriously, but you should keep your own copy of anything you could not bear to lose.
08What you own
You own your website, your content, your images, your copy and your domain. When you pay for a build, the result is yours.
You can export your site and take it elsewhere. We will not lock your content into a format only we can open.
We keep the rights to our own platform: the builder itself, our templates, our code and our systems.
09Content the AI builder writes
The builder researches live search results and writes pages from that research. You own the pages it produces for you.
Review what it writes before you publish. Prices, claims, qualifications and legal statements are yours to check, and you are responsible for what appears on your site.
We cannot promise a specific ranking position, and neither can anyone else. What we promise is a site built the way a site that ranks is built.
10Support
Support is by ticket, email and WhatsApp. Elite accounts get priority, usually answered within the hour during business hours.
Support covers our services. It does not cover training on third party software, work on sites hosted elsewhere, or rebuilding content you deleted, though we will always tell you honestly what it would take.
11Cancelling
Cancel any service from your client area, or ask us and we will do it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, so you keep what you have paid for.
Before you go, ask for an export. We will hand over your site files, database and content, and we will point your domain wherever you want it.
12Liability
We do everything reasonable to keep your services running, but no host on earth can promise a website will never go down. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for that service in the three months before the claim.
We are not liable for lost profits, lost data where you had no backup of your own, or for anything caused by something outside our control.
13Changes to these terms
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced in your client area and by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Carrying on with the service after that means you accept the new version.
Every version is dated. Ask us for an older one if you need it.
14Law and disputes
South African law governs these terms, and the South African courts have jurisdiction.
Before anything formal, talk to us. Nearly every dispute we have ever had was a misunderstanding that a phone call fixed.
